Rules Health and Safety is an owner-led practice founded by Lesley Muller to give South African construction contractors a straightforward, hands-on partner for safety files and OHS compliance.
We started Rules Health and Safety because too many contractors were dealing with health and safety the wrong way — either treating the safety file as a box-ticking exercise or getting buried in paperwork that never made anyone safer on site.
Our specialisation is safety file creation and maintenance for the South African construction industry: general contractors, civils, fit-out teams, industrial contractors and sub-contractors. We build the file to the principal contractor's spec, keep it maintained for the duration of your project, and stand behind it through inspections and audits.
